Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work order backlog.
• Facilitate Down Day and Outage planning meetings.
• Develop maintenance plans and schedule non-emergency work.
• Monitor KPIs to support ARP improvements.
• Prepare work packages for maintenance during outages.
• Manage inventory planning and spares for equipment.
• Train personnel on equipment care and modifications.
• Interface between maintenance and engineering on capital expenditures.
• Update CMMS with equipment changes and maintenance plans.
• Generate CMMS reports for proactive maintenance.
