Job summary

BRT Extrusions, located in Niles, OH, is seeking a Reliability Leader to drive reliability, uptime, and performance of all production and facility assets. You will lead the maintenance team, develop proactive strategies, and partner with Operations and Engineering to improve OEE and reduce costs.

The role emphasizes preventive and predictive maintenance, RCFA, and continuous improvement in a metals manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability principles.
• Experience leading RCFA and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in metals manufacturing or aluminum extrusion environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability, availability, and performance of all production and facility assets.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to safely execute maintenance and reliability activities.
• Establish and drive preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Monitor metrics such as uptime, MTBF, MTTR and maintenance costs.
• Lead RCFA activities to eliminate recurring issues and improve OEE.
