Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industrial experience OR 10+ years of operations or maintenance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading reliability programs.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance.
• Understanding of PSM and mechanical integrity programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term reliability strategies and establish asset lifecycle plans.
• Ensure compliance with PSM, regulatory, and engineering standards.
• Analyze asset performance and track reliability KPIs.
• Develop predictive maintenance and inspection strategies.
