• Lead asset condition assessment programs for critical generation assets to evaluate health, identify degradation trends, and support maintenance decisions.
• Develop and implement condition monitoring, inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, and asset management strategies to improve reliability and lifecycle performance.
• Provide engineering support and technical leadership in evaluating, troubleshooting, and resolving emergent plant issues and reliability challenges.
• Analyze equipment health data, diagnostic results, and performance trends to identify risks and develop corrective actions or replacement plans.
• Review engineering service provider design packages and recommend modifications to improve reliability, maintainability, safety, and performance.
