The role requires reviewing written-off accounts, performing skip tracing, and coordinating with external partners to move vehicles through liquidation while maintaining accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Review written-off accounts to determine recoverability.
• Perform skip tracing on charged-off accounts.
• Open, service, and track 3rd-party repossession cases.
• Coordinate transportation and liquidation of vehicles with partners.
• Monitor end-to-end movement of recovered vehicles and resolve issues.
• Follow company policies and support mission/values.
• Maintain attendance to ensure timelines.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

As a Asset Recovery Specialist, you'll help determine recoverability, drive skip-trace efforts, coordinate 3rd-party repossessions, and monitor transportation so recovered vehicles reach the right destination on time.

Compensation: $16 per hour with bonus on recovered vehicles

What you'll do

• Review written-off accounts and decide if collateral is recoverable, documenting rationale and next steps.
• Perform skip tracing on charged-off accounts with a clear goal of recovery.
• Open, service, and track 3rd-party repossession cases in our vendor application.
• Coordinate with external partners for transportation and liquidation of vehicles.
• Monitor the movement of recovered vehicles end-to-end and resolve exceptions quickly.
• Follow company policies and procedures and support our mission, vision, values, and ethical standards.
• Maintain reliable daily attendance to ensure timelines are met and cases move forward.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your manager.
