• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in Loss Prevention, Asset Protection or related field.
• Familiarity with intrusion detection, access control, EAS and CCTV.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset protection alarm and CCTV initiatives to protect stores and distribution centers.
• Manage CCTV, EAS, and fire alarm projects with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee security guard vendors and emergency response with rapid decision-making.
• Own asset protection email communications and coordinate with stores and partners.
• Identify shrink trends and provide analytical insights through reports and KPIs.
• Support investigations and legal with video access and documentation.
• Manage alarm permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
