Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Manager, Asset Protection Equipment & Technology to lead design, planning, and implementation of store technology solutions across Burlington locations. You will partner with field leaders, corporate teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, meet SLAs, and support the Asset Protection strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in a technology or equipment-related function/industry.
• Retail environment familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and implementation of technology solutions for Burlington stores.
• Define requirements and ensure alignment with Burlington’s technology strategy.
• End-to-end project execution for installations, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Oversee Asset Protection equipment and budgets; track scope, time, and cost.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners; maintain status updates and reviews.
• Travel to sites to review scope and progress and strategize for enhancements.
