Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Asset Protection Equipment & Technology to lead the design, planning, and implementation of security technology across Burlington stores.

You will partner with field leaders, corporate teams, vendors, and contractors to define requirements, uphold performance standards, and ensure initiatives align with the technology strategy to keep stores safe and well‑operated.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a technology or equipment-related function/industry
• Retail environment familiarity is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and validate standards for Asset Protection Equipment and Technology items (CCTV, Alarms, EAS, and security projects)
• Ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets align with strategy
• Oversee budgets, CERs, and purchase orders for AP equipment programs
• Coordinate with internal/external partners; host kick-off and post-project reviews
• Develop feedback loops for process improvements and regular reviews with vendors/contractors
