• Strong investigative skills and ability to analyze risk.
• Ability to think strategically and make discretionary recommendations and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage leadership of Asset Protection team, including hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and overall performance.
• Lead investigations of internal/external losses and ensure store-wide deterrence methods.
• Serve on the store's Safety Committee and promote the 200% safety accountability expectation.
• Conduct safety audits and implement remediation strategies.
• Ensure physical security systems and key control are properly maintained.
• Develop and implement shrink plans and achieve Asset Protection goals.
• Coordinate with outside authorities as needed and maintain professional standards.
• Review financial reports and work with store leadership to resolve issues.
