Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective merchandising, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory management
• Lead and develop store teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates
• Manage customer service initiatives and resolve customer needs and complaints
• Investigate and address incidents of policy violations, shrink, and fraud, coordinating with other teams as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business initiatives and store changes
• Maintain compliance with company policies and ensure ethical standards across all store operations
