Responsibilities include leading safety meetings, performing audits, and using CCTV to identify and investigate losses, while maintaining strong store presence and customer service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Conflict de-escalation skills and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness across the store.
• Lead meetings and training to reinforce safety protocols.
• Spend 75–80% on selling floor to deter theft and support service.
• Partner with store leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor store activity using CCTV and reporting tools and investigate losses.
• Perform incident response with safety and customer experience in mind.
• Complete audits and prepare asset protection reports.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
