Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner in a full-time, hourly role at CA-Santana Row (0958) in San Jose, CA. You will safeguard assets, partner with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager, and help implement safety and shrink strategies while maintaining a safe, inclusive store environment.

The role emphasizes meeting safety standards, incident handling, audits, and cooperation across locations. It requires 1–2 years in retail-related fields and comfort with CCTV tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety.
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills and CCTV/reporting tools familiarity.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead/train to reinforce safety protocols.
• Maintain strong store presence; spend 75–80% on selling floor to deter theft.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Incident response; de-escalate situations with safety and client experience in mind.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora as needed in legal contexts.
