Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Asset Protection Partner in Concord, CA to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor store activity, and handle incidents with professionalism and care.

Work with store leaders and the District Asset Protection Manager to promote safety, audits, and reporting. This role requires detail orientation and a commitment to client experience, with availability for peak retail

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understand shrink, safety, and store operations.
• Able to build trust and collaborate across teams.
• Conflict de-escalation skills.
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training.
• Maintain store presence; spend 75–80% on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• De-escalate incidents with safety and client experience in mind.
• Complete audits and reports for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
• Support multiple locations as needed.
• Represent Sephora in court if required.
