Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking an Asset Protection Partner for our Santana Row store in San Jose, CA. You will help safeguard assets, monitor activity, and support a safe customer and employee environment while working with store leaders to execute safety initiatives.

You will spend the majority of time on the selling floor, deter theft, and ensure a premier client experience, collaborating across teams to maintain compliance and resolve incidents professionally.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, asset protection, or loss prevention.
• Understanding of shrink reduction and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and awareness; lead meetings and training.
• Maintain strong store presence by spending 75–80% on the selling floor.
• Partner with leadership to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
• Handle incident responses with professionalism and care.
• Execute audits and reporting for asset protection efforts.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
