Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Meet any state licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position.

• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Resolve issues and provide a safe, friendly environment.
• Respond to and document security incidents in a timely manner.
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and support apprehension when needed.
• Prevent theft and loss by following AP policies and reporting trends.
• Document incidents in the case management system and use Target's video surveillance system.
