Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required or preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Loss prevention experience preferred (2–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with leadership regarding encounters and investigations.
• Maintain professional relationships with local authorities and law enforcement.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other retailers to identify organized retail crime threats.
• Assist leadership with cash handling and transfers.
• Observe customers and associates for potential acts of theft or fraud.
• Document incidents by creating objective reports in a timely manner.
• Monitor CCTV and conduct on-site investigations as needed.
