Job Title: Asset Protection Specialist at The Home Depot

Position Purpose: The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud, supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store(s). Key responsibilities include:

1. Identifying incidents of theft and fraud.
2. Reviewing CCTV and exception reports.
3. Monitoring physical security.
4. Auditing Electronic Article Surveillance systems.
5. Driving a shrink elimination culture in the store.
6. Preparing detailed case reports for apprehensions and recoveries.
7. Preserving evidence and interacting with law enforcement, including testifying in court.
8. Reporting hazardous or unsafe conditions.
9. Minimizing injury risks to all stakeholders.
10. Demonstrating integrity and supporting operational and asset protection concerns.
