UNIQLO in New York is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to protect store assets, ensure safety, and deliver on our commitment to be in stock for guests. You will create a safe work environment, reduce shortages, and support both internal and external customers.

The role reports to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager. Responsibilities include training, investigations, store patrols, and incident reporting to minimize losses and protect assets.

Qualifikationen

• Basic knowledge of computer applications including Security Software, CCTV equipment, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable of federal, state and local law.
• Knowledgeable of surveillance/security equipment and installations.
• Ability to travel to stores within assigned area.
• Must be able to work for extended periods of standing or walking the sales floor as required.

Aufgaben

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies and report violations.
• Assist store and loss prevention management with investigations.
• Patrol the store as directed by the Loss Prevention Manager.
• Identify shortage risks and service customers per standards.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, theft, and shortages.
• Identify inventory shortages and collaborate on solutions.
• Notify management of risks to prevent accidents.
• Support audits and inventory counts.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with special projects.
