Job summary

FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. in New York is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to protect store assets, support safety, and help keep our guests in-stock.

You will train staff on loss prevention policies, assist investigations, patrol the store, prepare incident reports, and identify shortage risks to reduce shrink.

Required: High School Diploma or GED and knowledge of CCTV, security software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to travel within the area.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of security software, CCTV, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies; ensure compliance.
• Assist with investigations of internal and external customers.
• Patrol store and post in designated areas as directed by LP Manager.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, injuries, theft, and shortages.
• Identify inventory shortages and partner with LP management on solutions.
• Support audits and inventory counts; maintain confidentiality.
