FAST RETAILING CO., LTD. is hiring a Loss Prevention Agent in New York, NY to protect store assets and ensure a safe working environment. Responsibilities include training staff on safety policies, assisting with investigations, and preparing incident reports. This full-time role requires a flexible schedule and offers $24.50/hour with clear promotional pathways. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or G.E.D., with a preference for a degree in Criminal Justice.
Salary: $24.50/hour. The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position. We offer competitive compensation for loss prevention associates starting at $24.50 along with a clear path to promotion opportunities every 3 months based on individual performance. Reporting to the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager, the Loss Prevention Agent is the asset protection and safety specialist of our stores; playing a critical role in delivering on our commitment to be in stock for our guests. The Loss Prevention Agent serves both our internal and external customers by creating a safe work environment and reducing inventory shortages.
High School Diploma or G.E.D., Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related preferred.
