Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an experienced Asset Protection / Safety Coordinator to support security, employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, training, auditing, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role coordinates with site leadership and operations to identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe workplace. Contract duration runs through late 2026 with potential extension; based in the United States distribution setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, Safety, EHS, Security, or related function preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and workplace injury-prevention practices.
• Experience conducting safety or compliance audits.
• Ability to prepare professional reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of facility Asset Protection policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Assist with OSHA compliance and safety inspections.
• Conduct safety audits and document findings; track corrective actions.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to reduce risk and improve safety.
• Assist with incident investigations and emergency response coordination.
