Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an Asset Protection / Safety Coordinator to oversee facility security, employee Health & Safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will partner with site leadership and external resources to reduce risk and ensure a safe workplace.

The role covers AP/security, EHS programs, incident investigations, audits, and reporting. This is a contract-role with immediate start and end around December 31, 2026; duties

Qualifications

• Experience in asset protection, safety, or EHS programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and workplace safety practices.
• Ability to conduct facility inspections, observations, and compliance audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of Asset Protection policies and guidelines.
• Assist with security risk identification and incident reviews.
• Support OSHA compliance, safety inspections, and audits.
• Coordinate emergency response and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with operations leaders, HR, and safety teams.
