Qualifications

• State requirements to work in asset protection may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by coaching, training and feedback.
• Oversee inventory control, loss prevention, and safety initiatives storewide.
• Investigate suspected theft and security incidents while maintaining documentation.
• Ensure customer service standards and store operations align with company policies.
