Responsibilities include loss prevention, claims handling, safety program oversight, training across multiple stores, and collaboration with managers to correct deficiencies.

Formación

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year’s supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year’s experience in inventory control, accounting, claims, or loss prevention.
• 2 years’ experience in asset protection or related area.
• Successful completion of any applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales via effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory management.
• Lead and develop store teams through coaching, training, and feedback.
• Oversee stocking, rotation, cleanliness, and safe handling of merchandise.
• Manage loss prevention and safety programs across operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and Open Door policy adherence.
• Coordinate claims, receiving operations, and supplier deliveries.
