Qualifications

• Completion of 2 years of college.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year experience in accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention in a multi‑department environment.
• 2 years' experience in asset protection.
• Criminal background check and/or licensing may be required.
• Attainment of applicable state requirements to work in asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee asset protection and loss prevention across stores.
• Lead and develop associates, assign duties, and set expectations.
• Investigate suspected fraud and other violations, document reports.
• Collaborate with store management to reduce shrink and improve safety.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and training programs.
