Macy’s, Inc. is seeking an experienced Asset Protection Manager to lead shortage prevention initiatives and guidance for store leadership. You will drive prevention programs, oversee investigations, and collaborate with senior leaders to reduce loss and protect assets.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or encouraged.
• 3–5 years of Asset Protection management experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate in a dynamic retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead store executive team in shortage prevention, awareness, and programs.
• Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to support shortage goals.
• Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries.
• Analyze theft trends using AP reports, systems, and technology.
• Ensure AP policies are understood and executed; monitor payroll expenses.
• Support annual inventory processes and reconciliation.
• Drive shortage reduction initiatives with high impact for location results.
• Lead special projects beyond normal duties within the division.
