Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Manage Asset Protection initiatives and programs in Supply Chain locations related to inventory loss, theft, and fraud.
  2. Ensure appropriate internal risk controls are in place through data analysis, audits, training, and investigations.
  3. Manage the Asset Protection Associate teams responsible for front-line security in FCs and other locations, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary decisions.
  4. Oversee investigations, interviews, and incident management systems (case disposition, prosecution, restitution, etc.), managing first responder and critical response programs.
  5. Implement programs to improve overall safe working conditions and reduce worker’s compensation costs.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and training.
  7. Work with Risk Management to analyze accident data and develop corrective strategies.
  8. Manage workplace violence mitigation programs.
  9. Manage the WC claims process in the field and ensure compliance with Return-to-Work efforts. Participate as a vital team member on major company projects.
  10. Manage programs related to Physical Security, including security systems (CCTV, Access Control, burglar alarms) and the C-TPAT program.
  11. Apply best practices, standards, and processes to achieve effective system operations, efficiencies, and cost savings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive loss prevention experience with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Experience in implementing Loss Prevention/Shortage/Fraud Control Programs successfully.
  • Strong preference for certifications such as Wicklander, OSHA 10-hour, AED/CPR, LPC, LPQ, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, analytical, and decision-making skills.
