You will train associates, implement loss-prevention actions, and handle investigations and claims to safeguard assets.

Minimum qualifications include two years of college, supervisory experience, and 1 year in relevant areas such as inventory or accounting.

Qualificações

• Completion of two years of college.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-department environment.
• 1 year of experience in one of: accounting, claims, inventory control, systems/UPC, personnel, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• 2 years of experience in asset protection or related area.
• State-required certifications or licensing for asset protection may be required.
• Successful completion of applicable state background checks and trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Drives sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, inventory levels and store cleanliness.
• Leads and develops teams through training, feedback, and communication with associates and store leadership.
• Investigates and resolves customer issues, implements corrective action plans and improves process quality.
• Controls unexplained loss and improves profitability by enforcing policies and reviewing inventory variances.
• Oversees safety programs, accident prevention, and risk control within the facility.
• Manages claims and receiving operations, ensuring proper policy adherence and timely processing.
