Qualifications

• Valid security license required in listed locations.
• Proven success in investigative asset protection and security procedures.
• Experience with Exception Based Reporting and case management software.
• Ability to build relationships with employees and leaders.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Strong decision making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute AP strategy; build relationships within store.
• Own building security and safety; educate on emergency preparedness.
• Monitor and report AP incidents ensuring proper documentation.
• Use data to identify theft trends and reduce loss.
• Lead shrink program; detect theft and dishonesty.
• Hire and develop AP staff; manage investigations and controls.
• Be data driven to mitigate risks and maximize profitability.
