Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead safety, asset protection, and inventory control across the club. You will supervise teams, conduct inventory counts, and enforce theft deterrence while upholding our safety standards and club policies.

You will manage cycle counts, drive shrink reduction, and ensure accurate reporting. A high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred, with open-shift availability required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and/or inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including supervising cross-functional teams and training.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Leads, executes, and investigates results from inventory count programs.
• Oversees inventory control functions and count teams.
• Manages and reviews losses identified through reports and variances.
• Maintains club policies and procedures and supports cross‑department duties.
