BJ’s Wholesale Club in Portsmouth, NH is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to keep our club safe and efficient. You’ll lead and develop the asset protection and inventory control teams, execute shrink-deterrence programs, and ensure accurate counts and safe store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; management experience preferred.
• Asset protection, safety, and inventory control experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Leads inventory counts and supervises count teams.
• Oversees inventory control and shrink-deterrence programs.
• Investigates losses and variances and reports findings.
• Maintains club policies and procedures; supports asset protection initiatives.
• Conducts CCTV reviews and data entry for recoveries.
