Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Asset Protection Supervisor to lead safety, inventory control, and loss prevention efforts across the club. You will oversee counts, implement shrink-deterrence programs, and ensure a safe and compliant environment for members and team members.

Ideal candidates bring high school education (college preferred), asset protection or inventory control experience, and strong leadership with open-shift availability. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Asset protection, safety, and inventory control experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Open shift availability required; 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety inspections and assist in accident prevention.
• Develop and deliver asset protection programs and initiatives.
• Lead inventory counts and oversee inventory control functions.
• Manage count teams, programs, and shrink-deterrence initiatives.
• Maintain adherence to all club policies and ensure a safe, positive environment.
