Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Voorhees Township, NJ is seeking an Asset Protection Supervisor to lead inventory counts, supervise team members, and drive safety and loss-prevention initiatives across the club.

You will manage cycle counts, coordinate investigations, and partner with leadership to protect assets while maintaining a positive member experience and compliant operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Prior asset protection, safety, and inventory control experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience supervising cross-functional teams.
• Open shift availability required; 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety inspections and assists in accident investigations.
• Leads, executes, and investigates inventory count programs.
• Oversees inventory control functions and shrink deterrence initiatives.
• Executes merchandise protection standards and loss-prevention measures.
• Participates in weekly shrink reporting and variance analysis.
