Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests, help them find what they need, and thank them.
• Support total store sales, guest service and increase profitability by ensuring products are in stock and by preventing shortages.
• Resolve theft by using good judgement and conducting apprehensions in shortage focus areas while adhering to AP policies.
• Identify theft trends by leveraging technology, reporting and surveillance.
• Promote a physical security and safety culture throughout the building and train team members.
