Job summary

EZCORP, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to support field and corporate operations through data-driven investigations and loss-prevention strategies across its service region. The role focuses on reporting, analytics, and collaboration with Operations and HR to protect store assets.

Responsibilities include managing AP reports, dashboards, and exception metrics; overseeing restitution and investigations; and ensuring compliance with AP policies.

Qualifications

• 5 years loss prevention/asset protection experience.
• Advanced analytical skills, incl. ability to extract, aggregate, normalize and mine data sets for analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Wicklander & Zulawski or Reid Certification preferred.
• CFI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and reports Asset Protection data up, down, and across the organization.
• Analysis-driven investigations using exception reporting, metrics and CCTV.
• Maintains databases and software for exception management, assessments, investigations and shrink reporting.
• Drives restitution efforts and claims reporting to improve recoveries.
• Reviews internal controls and adherence to policies affecting store assets.
• Trains as needed and monitors cash variances to resolve issues.
• Reduces inventory shrinkage through cross-functional collaboration.
