Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator in Rahway, NJ. The role focuses on improving the customer experience while mitigating external theft by monitoring store activity and coordinating with leadership.

This is a high-visibility, full-time position emphasizing service and theft prevention rather than apprehension. The APC will wear CVS store uniform, work a standard 40-hour week, and collaborate with District Asset Protection Leaders and store partners to safeguard assets and

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, friendly customer service and assist with securing shelves and displays.
Monitor store activity for loss prevention and communicate observations to Store Management.
Inspect high-risk product categories to deter theft and ensure use of protection equipment.
Prepare External Theft reports in Auror system and share intelligence with stakeholders.
Support store compliance with AP programs and assist in corrective actions.
