Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Asset Protection Specialist to safeguard people and assets while maintaining professionalism. Leverage investigative skills, data analytics, and security tech to support shrink reduction and compliance.

Responsibilities include training staff, building relationships with store teams, corporate, law enforcement, and legal counsel, and using reporting to drive shortage control and theft mitigation programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of asset protection or loss prevention experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Working knowledge of alarms, EAS, CCTV, and lock-and-key security.
• Ability to work with all levels of management, make sound business decisions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and lift or move up to 25 pounds.
