Job summary

Jefferson Lab is seeking a property control associate to support data entry and database management, validating asset movements and assisting annual inventories. You will help ensure accurate property records and perform routine audits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to use scripts to generate reports. A valid driver’s license and forklift operation capability are required.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of relevant experience in property control or related field.
• Experience with data entry, inventory, and database updates advisable.
• Ability to create reports and perform audits for property movements.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/truck as needed to move property items.
• Review asset movements and validate property data against records.
• Assist annual physical inventories and generate reports via scripts.
• Update databases to reflect property movements and transfers.
