Constellation seeks an Asset Operations Manager to join our Homeland Security team in Washington, DC. This role coordinates facilities, asset tracking, and field office logistics to ensure teams have space, tools, and supplies.

You will drive data-driven process improvements, manage IT assets, and maintain internal controls using digital tracking, including a PowerApps tracker, to support audit readiness. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years in a Business Analyst-like role, a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in business, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in a Business Analyst or support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• US citizen able to pass a background investigation; DHS clearance preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate office space and facilities to meet staff needs.
• Procure and manage office supplies across field offices.
• Serve as primary contact for field office facility requirements.
• Oversee asset lifecycle, inventory audits, and equipment issuance.
• Maintain real-time asset data using PowerApps and ensure 100% accountability.
