Job summary

Constellation Inc. seeks a PowerApps Developer to join the Homeland Security Team in Washington, DC. You will design, build, and maintain PowerApps solutions and Power BI dashboards that integrate data to create actionable insights for stakeholders.

The role is client-facing, requires strong development skills, and excellent communication to translate complex outputs into business value. A US citizen with security clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of PowerApps development for automation and data integration.
• At least 3 years across large datasets with Power BI/Tableau/Qlik.
• Excellent communication skills to present solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• U.S. citizen able to pass a background; DHS clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerApps solutions and automate workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain PowerApps apps to automate workflows.
• Build, optimize dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI/Tableau/Qlik.
• Collaborate with end users and technical resources to integrate data into visualizations.
• Translate complex data findings into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Identify data attributes critical for performance analysis and trends.
• Conduct training sessions on data analysis tools for CBP personnel.
