Job summary

A10 Capital, LLC in Boise, Idaho seeks an Asset Manager in Special Servicing to work with the team on day-to-day management and resolution of specialty serviced assets. You will analyze property operations, review financials, perform loan collateral analysis, conduct market research, coordinate with third-party consultants, and prepare quarterly status reports and cash flow projections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience in asset management, servicing, or lending.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting or related field required; advanced degrees a plus.
• Proficiency with property types including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage and student housing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, research and reporting abilities.
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property operations and review property level financials (e.g., Rent Rolls, Operating Statement, budgets).
• Perform comprehensive analysis of loan collateral dynamics and value determination.
• Conduct market analysis and research on assigned loans.
• Engage third-party consultants including attorneys, brokers, receivers, management/leasing companies, and appraisers.
• Prepare quarterly Asset Status Reports and cash flow projections.
