Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Asset Management Operations Manager to lead the lifecycle management of physical and IT assets across its global infrastructure and facilities. You will drive asset tracking, inventory control, audits, and disposition strategies to support data centers, offices, and technical facilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in asset management or IT/supply chain within large-scale environments.
• Experience managing physical and IT asset lifecycles including tagging, tracking, and disposition.
• Experience with ERP systems for inventory tracking and financial reconciliation.
• Experience developing and enforcing inventory control procedures and supporting SOX or equivalent compliance.
• Experience using data analysis tools to monitor asset inventory metrics and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop asset management business processes across a global environment.
• Execute physical and logical audits, documenting findings and control testing.
• Domestic and international travel 25%-30% as required.
• Identify risks and develop roadmaps aligned to business needs.
• Develop and maintain audit plans and present corrective recommendations to stakeholders.
• Improve decentralized policies, standards, and workflows for scalability and accountability.
• Conduct design reviews of automation and process improvements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure asset management performance.
• Maintain data integrity across asset systems and ERP for accurate reconciliation.
• Develop process documentation for rollout of improvements.
• Support implementation of technology solutions to advance asset tracking.
