CCH in Walnut Creek, CA seeks an Asset Manager responsible for the long-term sustainability and performance of a diverse property portfolio, including budgeting, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning to maximize owner returns.

This exempt, full-time role reports to the Director of Asset Management and requires 5+ years in affordable housing asset management, proficiency with Yardi Voyager and advanced Excel, and strong analytical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible, relevant work experience in affordable housing asset management or related field.
• Experience in real estate and affordable housing industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager Accounting (Core, GL, Financial Reporting, Budgets, Financials Modules).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to a caring and positive working and living environment for employees and residents.
• Establish annual property and capital budgets and submit for final approval.
• Prepare Budget Based Rent Increases for HUD submissions and follow-through until approved.
• Complete and submit timely compliance/financial reporting for HUD, investors, and state agencies.
• Monthly financial review of financials for all properties in the portfolio.
• Monitor cash reserves and ensure distribution of surplus cash.
