Job summary

The Integral Group in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Asset Manager to lead portfolio performance, oversee compliance, and drive value through strategic planning across multiple assets, including affordable housing.

Responsibilities include managing fees, developing asset plans, monitoring NOI, and advising the GP on capital events and investment strategy. A 10+ year CRE background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of CRE or multifamily asset management experience.
• At least 5 years in affordable housing.

Responsibilities

• Update asset management fee schedule for each asset and GP relationship.
• Develop and execute asset-specific business plans to maximize value and returns.
• Oversee financial performance, occupancy, leasing trends, capex, debt, and NOI.
• Establish policies, metrics and regular portfolio reporting for the GP.
• Serve as strategic advisor to the GP on portfolio strategy and value creation.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, HUD, HOME, Bond etc. and preserve affordability.
• Coordinate risk management, insurance, and legal/regulatory oversight.
• Support investor relations, capital events, and financing strategies.
