Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in real estate asset management, direct ownership experience preferred, and strong analytical and financial modeling skills to monitor performance, budgets, valuations and returns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in real estate asset management or investments.
• Direct ownership experience strongly preferred.
• Multifamily experience required; build-to-rent / single-family rental experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of property-level financial performance and real estate investment fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Ability to work across investment, operations and asset-level initiatives.

A leading real estate investment firm is looking to add an Asset Manager to its growing team in Philadelphia. The firm focuses on multifamily and build-to-rent investments and is seeking someone with experience working with directly owned real estate assets.

The Role
