12th Tribe is seeking a highly organized and creative Asset Manager to oversee the development, organization, and execution of all brand assets. This role is essential for ensuring consistency, speed, and excellence across photo, video, social, print, and digital deliverables. You will manage the asset lifecycle from production and ensure cross-functional alignment with content, social, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Asset Management & Workflow: Own the organization, tagging, and storage of all creative assets across our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and Monday.com. Ensure assets are searchable and accessible for teams. Maintain asset usage rights, expiration dates, and version control.
2. Project & Production Oversight: Oversee execution timelines for all creative assets across various channels. Manage post-production processes, coordinate with creative leads, and ensure assets meet quality standards. Provide feedback and structure to the design process, and collaborate with marketing to prioritize initiatives.
3. Platform & Tool Management: Use Monday.com to manage the creative pipeline and ensure timely delivery. Evolve our DAM to support growth and efficiency.
4. Creative Quality & Brand Consistency: Ensure assets are on-brand, high quality, and optimized for their platform or purpose. Support enforcement of brand guidelines across all channels.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in asset or project management within a creative, fashion, or ecommerce environment.
• Experience managing digital asset systems and creative pipelines.
• Strong understanding of visual content formats (photo, video, social, web, print).
• Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, Dropbox, Canva, Air, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for process optimization.
