The Asset Manager is responsible for the proactive management of a portfolio of specialty real estate and/or renewable energy projects across the United States. These investments typically include Historic Tax Credits (HTC), Investment Tax Credits (ITC), Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), or Ground Lease Capital. The role requires an in-depth understanding of the underlying project assets and investment structures, including managing project performance, tax credit compliance, financial reporting, and risk management. The Asset Manager will evaluate portfolio performance, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support the Asset Management department, reporting to the Assistant Director of Asset Management. This full-time position can be remote or based at our headquarters in St. Louis, MO, with limited travel.
