Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience in asset management.
• Proven program and project delivery leadership.
• Established relationships with leaders across the asset management industry.
• Experience building relationships with key clients and expanding footprint.
• Experience managing a client-facing team (2–10 people).
• Strong communications skills and attention to detail.
• Management consulting, program management or business advisory experience a plus.
• Alternatives, private investment, or sales distribution expertise a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate business and technology at the strategic level.
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, including negotiation on significant matters.
• Initiating and leading business development initiatives and building client relationships.
• Supporting development of the practice through market research and thought leadership.
