Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice to lead complex transformation programs for world‑class clients. You will guide project execution, facilitate executive workshops, and manage diverse teams across client engagements.

We require 10+ years in asset management with strong leadership and client development abilities. Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or CPA is a plus. This role is centered in a collaborative, inclusive culture at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of asset management experience.
• Proven program, project, and delivery leadership in asset management.
• Established industry relationships with asset managers.
• Experience expanding client footprints through delivery.
• Experience leading 2–10 person teams on client engagements.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail.
• Management consulting or business advisory experience a plus.
• Alternatives, private investment or sales distribution expertise a plus.
• Bachelor's degree; CPA and/or MBA a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assuming overall responsibility for project execution and guiding clients through complex transformation initiatives.
• Facilitating discussions and workshops with senior level clients to evaluate the business and technology at the strategic level.
• Managing large teams and/or work efforts on a client or within Accenture.
• Interacting with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, negotiating significant matters.
• Initiating and leading business development initiatives, including client proposals and building relationships.
• Supporting development of the practice through market research, capability development, and knowledge management.
• Being a visible thought leader in the Asset Management industry with original recommendations.
