Qualifications

Licenses (SIE, Series 6, Series 63) required; must obtain within 120 days.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent client service experience.
High energy, great attitude and exceptional service skills.
Strong written and oral communication; ability to build relationships and solve problems.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing.

Responsibilities

Problem resolution and onboarding support for shareholder accounts.
Process trades, fulfill information requests, and create unique customer solutions.
Educate clients about JPMorgan products, retirement accounts, and education savings.
Obtain the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.
